ProTyS, Inc. provides complex services in the area of software design and implementation with a special stress to software diagnostics and testing mainly for reliability critical applications in industrial automation, control and decision-making.
The company is focused on the development of hi-tech systems using up-to-date object-oriented technologies and architectures. ProTyS Company offers complex services including all phases of software design and its live-cycle starting from consultancy, software architecture design, feasibility studies, software requirement specification, up to software coding and software system maintenance. A specialized division of ProTyS offers its high skills in sophisticated system and process modeling for analysis and automation purposes. The same division has elaborated methodologies and tools for fuzzy control and decision-making.
High qualification, erudition, expertise and experience of the key personnel in the area of software technologies and automatic control together with a tight cooperation with top-level technical Universities makes ProTyS highly competitive in providing specialized services in the above stated areas.
ProTyS was founded as a limited liability company in 1995. The original motivation for founding ProTyS was to establish an application spin-off of the Department of Cybernetics of the Czech Technical University, Prague. In 2002 ProTyS changed its legal form to Incorporated Company with equities of 2,500,000 CZK (about $85,000).
ProTyS, Inc. has currently 40 staff members, 26 of which are full-time employees. Among those 40 staff members, 29 are University graduates and 9 of them have even a higher degree (PhD.). Mental capabilities of the staff represent the main driving force of the corporation.
